Kelly Estrela is a dedicated Patient Support Specialist from East Providence, RI, with over six years of experience in the healthcare industry. Balancing her roles as a professional, wife, and mother, Kelly is renowned for her exceptional administrative support and patient-centered care.

Her career began with a 2020 certification as a Patient Support Specialist from the Community College of Rhode Island. After that, she built a robust foundation in medical administrative procedures, including patient scheduling, office management, and insurance verifications—all while ensuring HIPAA compliance.

Kelly's commitment to excellence is evident through her additional certifications in CPR, CPI, AED, Credentialing, and her continuous effort to stay current with medical terminology and industry standards. She is currently pursuing an Associate’s degree in Social Services at CCRI, further broadening her expertise and passion for patient advocacy.
