Is it possible to have a really good satisfying relationship? I believe it is. A growing, nurturing, and fulfilling partnership is not only possible ‒ it is a skill that can be learned. As a Couple and Family Therapist, I have the latest training in relationship systems with an inclusive lens covering all types of relationships. Along with evidence-based theory, I bring a lifetime of psychological study and practice through excellent communication.

In my practice, I use Somatically-Informed Narrative Therapy to help you find a richer, more meaningful relationship with your partner, your family, and most importantly, yourself. I create a space of safety and non-judgment to release that which is holding you back and to open doors to your real self.

Our sessions together tend to be upbeat and healing. Most of the time, clients feel much better after each session. We do this by searching for what is right rather than dwelling on what is wrong. Sessions are goal-oriented and include homework each week. By setting the intention on goals, positive change and growth are the natural outcomes.

Somatically-Informed Narrative Therapy is designed to help you integrate what you think with how you feel. This integration helps people feel validated and seen. When couples and family members feel validated, their relationships are more satisfying.

If you feel that somehow “it” should be better, I say enthusiastically, “Yes, it can be!” If you are in a relationship or maybe recently out of one and would like it to be better, I invite you to give me a call, and we can chat confidentially about your individual situation. I love my work. I consider helping others, to bring joy and happiness into their life, my highest calling.

My specialties include couple relationships, family happiness, life satisfaction, and nourishment.

Some of the issues I provide support for include family conflict, codependency, separation agreements, intergenerational patterns, hopelessness, premarital counseling, divorce, self-regulation, anxiety, trauma & PTSD.
