
Katarina is a compassionate therapist who believes in crafting an environment where clients can fully express the most tender parts of their lives. Guided by the principle of empowerment, she equips clients with evidence-based skills, helping them better navigate relationships and mental well-being. With every interaction, Katarina's aim is to foster hope, confidence, and resilience, always centering on client self-determination and working collaboratively to realize their individual goals and aspirations.
She is trained in psychodynamic therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and ACT therapy. While her specialization lies in treating anxiety and depression, Katarina also has experience addressing a range of issues, from relationships—including couples, marital, and family therapy—to parenting challenges and pivotal life transitions. She is Gottman Level 1 & 2 trained and received her master's in social work from the University of Utah.
