Kyndra Threat is a Marriage and Family Therapist who helps individuals, married couples, and families gain greater clarity in their relationships, strengthen their connections, and successfully navigate life's transitions. Whether you're facing communication challenges, relationship concerns, major life changes, or simply feeling stuck, Kyndra provides a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and equipped with practical tools for growth.

Her goal is to help clients build healthier relationships with themselves and the people who matter most through compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to their unique needs. Kyndra has a structured, goal-oriented approach to therapy, working collaboratively with clients to identify clear goals, develop practical strategies, and make meaningful progress from session to session.

Kyndra has specialized training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Gottman Method Couples Therapy Levels 1 & 2, and SYMBIS (Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts). She integrates several therapeutic approaches into her work, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Relational-Cultural Therapy, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Discernment Therapy, Structural Family Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy.

Kyndra holds a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and is currently pursuing her Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) degree. She provides telehealth-only therapy, allowing clients to access care from the comfort and privacy of their own homes while maintaining the same high-quality, personalized therapeutic experience.
