Mdolelle Kelly, MHA
Human Resources Coordinator

Mdolelle is a dedicated HR coordinator at our counseling practice. Originally from Boston, she brings a genuine warmth and a steady sense of leadership to everything she does. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences from Utica University in New York and earned her Master’s in Healthcare Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from Liberty University in Virginia.

Before joining our practice, Mdolelle worked in a range of healthcare settings, including outpatient physical therapy clinics, acute rehab hospitals, and long-term skilled nursing facilities. These experiences gave her a well-rounded understanding of healthcare operations and the people who make it all work.

At Cumberland Counseling, Mdolelle leads our onboarding, payroll, compliance efforts, and policy development. She has a special talent for creating a positive and welcoming environment where people feel supported and seen. Her kindness, attention to detail, and sense of humor help new hires settle in and feel like part of the team from day one.

Outside of work, Mdolelle enjoys going to sporting events and comedy shows. She loves to unwind, laugh, and spend time in lively, joyful spaces. Her energy and care extend far beyond her HR responsibilities, making her an essential part of what makes our practice feel like home.
