Morgan Burch, MSW
Clinical Intern
Morgan Burch is a relationship coach and master’s-level social work intern currently pursuing her MSW at Rutgers University. Morgan specializes in working with couples who feel stuck in cycles of resentment, defensiveness, and disconnection. She creates a safe and structured space where even high-conflict couples can feel heard and supported. Her approach helps partners not only improve communication, but also truly see and understand one another, often in ways they’ve never experienced before.
She believes that with the right support, the most challenging relationship dynamics can become opportunities for the most profound growth, healing, and reconnection—with a little room left for laughter and fun, too. Morgan has a special passion for helping couples not only work through challenges, but also rediscover the joy, fun, and playfulness that brought them together in the first place.
Her work is trauma-informed and deeply rooted in attachment theory, often drawing from the Gottman Method (Level 1). Morgan is committed to inclusive, affirming care for couples of all backgrounds and identities.
