Sabrina helps clients build protective factors and positive regard by using evidence-based treatment models of Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Motivational Interviewing (MI), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).
