People often come to therapy when something feels off and they can’t ignore it anymore. Anxiety, emotional numbness, self-doubt, or ongoing stress may start to take up too much space in your life. You may feel fatigued by emotional ups and downs, yet unable to truly rest. You may feel paralyzed by a heaviness you can’t shake. Therapy can be a place to slow things down and bring what feels heavy, confusing, or unfinished into a space where it can be held with care. I work with adolescents, adults, and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, identity exploration, substance use, and life transitions.

In our work, we'll place strong emphasis on the therapeutic relationship and on creating a space where you feel welcomed, respected, and not judged. In session, I sit with pain and emotional distress in hopes of easing suffering through connection, increased awareness, and skill-building. My work is collaborative and paced to each individual.

I bring warmth, honesty, and curiosity into sessions while offering structure and grounding when needed. Together we will navigate the impact that identity, culture, and systemic experiences have on mental health. It can be empowering to feel more in control and have more understanding of your emotions. I would love to hear from you.
